Q- How long is a private lesson with Elegance In Dance?

A- 45 minutes (40 minutes of dance training and  5 minutes of cool down).


Q- How long is an introductory lesson with Elegance In Dance?

A- 45 minutes (40 minutes of dance training 5 minutes of  cool down).


Q- What is the difference between a regular private lesson and  an 

Introductory private lesson?

A- An introductory lesson trains you in just basic elements of dance while  a private lesson  gives you more detailed and specific dance training.


Q- Do I need a partner for a private lesson?  What is the price?

A- No you do not need a partner. Price is the same.


Q- When can I book an introductory lesson and how?

A- Introductory lessons are booked Monday through Fridays only via

email request and are based on availability of teachers and time-slots.


Q- When can I book a regular private lesson and how?

A- Private lessons are booked once you are enrolled in one of our 

dance training programs Sunday through Saturday via email request,

and are based on availability of teachers and time slots.


Q- When can I book a promotion or coupon introductory lesson?

A- All promotion, coupon, and double coupon lessons are booked

Mondays through Fridays only.  Double lesson coupons are booked

and taken the same day. No exceptions.


Q- When would I need and be required to enroll in a dance program?

A- If you have done your research and read our student commitment

portal, then you should come in ready to enroll that same day 

after you are done with your introductory lesson.


Q- When can I start booking regular lessons?

A- Once you enroll, you can go online and start booking

lessons on days that are available to you.


Q- Are lessons refundable?

A- Lessons are not refundable but are transferable at anytime.


Q- Do lessons Elegance In Dance expire?

A- At this time, Elegance In Dance does not expire lessons.


Q- When do I renew my lesson program?

A- You will be sent a reminder  on your last lesson of your current

program that you are up for renewal. This is the time to consider whether you will need more lessons to get you fully ready for your wedding. Remember, every couple is different.


Q- Do you have a payment plan for programs?

A- Currently we do not offer payment plans on any of our programs.


Q- If I am a new student how do I get information via email?

A- Simple, go to our contact portal and fill out the form. Elegance 

In Dance will direct you from there once we receive it.


Q- Can I purchase an introductory lesson anytime?

A- Yes, you can you can buy it online 24/7.  Please keep in mind we only book and teach them Mondays through Fridays.


Q- How am I kept updated on changes and  booking times?

A- All new and existing students are automatically put into our email

database to keep you updated, unless you request to be removed.


Q- If I am a student, is it wise to book a private lesson if I'm not interested in further lessons?

A- No, take a group class. It will be more beneficial and affordable  for you.


Q- If I am on a date night is it  wise to book a private lesson if I'm not interested in further lessons?

A- No, take a group class.  It will be more beneficial for you both.


Q- If I purchase a lesson or group class on one of the coupon sites,

for example,  groupon or Amazon local, when should I use it?

A- Immediately.  It dosen't make any sense to buy a private or group

class lesson  and let it sit there for months. Once you purchase your lesson be prepared to use it soon.


Q- How important is it to review the FAQS on the EID website?

A- It is extremely important.  It answers most

of the questions you may have concerning our training system. It outlines how we operate and our commitment to all of

our current  and new students wishing to join our school. 


 Q- Can I buy multiable coupons and use them as a package or

program or combine them with another person's coupons?
A- No.  promotional coupons are used once and only by the client
that purchased them.The limit per client is one.   Each client has
their own account set up per their coupon.

Q- What if I or we are not ready to make the commitment to train
and enroll in one of the EID training programs?
A- Do not book an introductory lesson until you are ready to commit to the process of learning a skill. .It is counter productive to use a lesson
when you know you are  not ready to start.

Q- Can I negotiate pricing on programs with EID teachers?
A- No.  EID teachers have no control on pricing.

Q- What do you mean by w/e?
A- A week for EID for example starts on Sunday and ends on Saturday. If Sunday is the 1st , and Saturday is the 7th, then that week is w/e. Example 5/7/2015 the month date and year.

Q- What date are the time slots posted?  When  can I book a time?
A- Time slots for the following week are posted on Friday of the current
week. You can request a booking as soon as they are posted.

Q- Can I book an introductory lesson on the weekend?
A- Unfortunately no.  Introductory lessons can only be booked and used Monday through  Fridays only.  Regular lessons can be booked on weekends.
 
Q- Can I book  lessons weeks in advance?
A- No.  EID only books lessons on a week to week bases.  Our  instructors are pro competitors and at times are away competing.

Q- What if I book and confirm a lesson and do not show up?
A- EID will charge for the lesson and you will need to re book a new lesson through  our website.

Q- What if I book a lesson with a coupon and do not show up?
A- EID will charge you for the lesson through the coupon. You need to re book a new lesson  through our website  only and not the coupon website.  There will be a no show report sent to the coupon  company.

Q- How much notice do I need to give to cancel a lesson without being charged or penalized?
A- EID requires 24 notice via email on all lesson cancellations.  No exceptions.

Q- Can we learn dips and drops on an introductory lesson?
A- No dips and drops are taught in an intro lesson due to safety precautions. These moves are taught once you have learned the basic fundamentals  of the dance and can confidently execute them. 

Q- Is it wise to  say to the teacher after my intro lesson that  we need to go to dinner and think about it? Or can we call you tomorrow?
A-  All we ask is for an honest yes or no after your intro lesson. If you have read the pricing  information prior to your lesson,  then you will already know what you can financially commit to before you come in for your first lesson.  This is something that should be discussed together in advance.  We ask that you be respectful of your teacher's time and  say yes we are ready to begin, or no we are unable to do so at this time.

A- Choreography consultation is given on an introductory lesson.

Full out choreography is started once you are enrolled in one of our 

wedding programs, and a choice has been made on what  music and style of dance will be used.


Q- Can you learn a full choreographed dance routine on an introductory dance lesson?

A- No.  It takes multiable dance lessons and enrollment

in a structured dance program to achieve this goal.


Q- How many dance lessons does it take to prepare and train for a wedding dance routine?

A- On average, plan on factoring  in 20 private dance lessons into  your wedding budget.  Whether you use more, or less is determined on how fast you can absorb  in each lesson. Remember, every couple is different and learns at different  paces.


Q- When would we be required to enroll in a wedding dance program?

A- If you have done your research and read our student commitment

portal then you should come in ready to enroll the same day 

after your introductory lesson and consultation with your teacher.
